He was predeceased by: his parents, Telford Waltman and Rachel Waltman (Close); and his brothers, Larry and Dean Waltman. He is survived by: his wife Gretchen Hoffman; his children, Diane Ray (Jim) of Columbus and Brian Waltman of San Antonio, TX; his grandchildren, Matthew, Michael, Andrew Ray, Rachel, Austin and Hollie Waltman; and his brother John R. Waltman (Ruth) of Millersburg.
