He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Eddy and Martha Stephen Eddy; and his parents-in-law, Paul and Loretta Betts. He is survived by: his wife Shelley Eddy (Betts); his children, Heather Roe (Lorne), Ryon Eddy (Amanda) and Brandon Eddy (Becky); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn McElroy (Dirk), Kiley Carpenter (Trevor), Lauren Roe, Connor, Logan, Garrett, Bryson, Cole and Gracie Eddy; his great grandchildren, Blaine, Trace, Kennedy, Myers and Jett; his brother Paul Eddy (Karen); and his mother-in-law Paula Winland (J. D.).
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak and the lack of people wearing masks, Doc has spent the last eight months alone being cared for by strangers.
