She is survived by: her parents, Steven Hawkins and Linda Hawkins (McKinnis) of Clarksville, TN; her son Alex Miller of Fostoria, OH; her siblings, Stevie Hawkins (Erin), Aaron Hawkins (Katie) of Clarksville, TN, Amanda Hawkins of Clarksville, TN and Carrie Sherman of Wright, FL; and her granddaughters, Janelle Miller, Evelynn Miller and Willow Huff.
