He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold, Sr. Daniels and Donaruth Daniels (Drake); his wife Ruth E. Vaughn; his children, Eddie Daniels and Scharlene Nesler; and his siblings, Bob, Donald, Chuck Daniels, Dora Ickes and Joann Wright.
He is survived by: his children, Danny Daniels of Bairdstown, Robert Daniels of Bairdstown, William Daniels of Bairdstown, Marlene Steiner of Bairdstown, Peggy Carles of North Baltimore and Pamela Pultz (William) of Cygnet; and his brother Richard Daniels (Nancy) of Cygnet. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
