He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Allender and Johnni Allender (Highlander); and his brothers, Leroy Allender and Ransom Snapp. He is survived by: his wife Stella Allender (Sexton); his children, James Allender (Jeanette) of West Portsmouth, Dennis Menke of Cincinnati and Tina Menke of Henderson, Kentucky; and his sister Joyce Meeks of Chattanooga, TN. He is also survived by five grandchildren; six- step grandchildren; one great grandchild; six step great grandchildren.
