He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathleen A.; his children, Kristin Moore (Michael), Zachary (Monica), Baby Maghoo and Megan Tafoya (Adam); and his siblings, Fran Burrows (late Thomas), Jean Chechile (Richard), Helen Hincman (Phil) and Joe Opaskar (Cathy).

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Vincent's name to Habitat for Humanity or The Cleveland Food Bank.
