Toni Annette touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ottie Blankenship and Phyllis May Carter (James); and her sister Teresa Lynn Walls. She is survived by: her children, Rachelle Chandler (David) of Beaver and Codey Chandler (Destiny) of Bainbridge; her grandchildren, Hailey Trent, Bryce Preston and Aurora Chandler; her great grandchild Hudson Woodall; her special kids, Biscuit and Bella; and her siblings, Rick Walls (Brenda) of Waverly, Dixie Smith (Doc) of Bainbridge and Lana Kneisley (Jon) of Bainbridge. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Western High School (7959 OH-124, Latham, OH 45646). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at the Smith Hill Cemetery (7285 OH-772, Piketon, OH 45661).
