He was predeceased by: his parents, Gearld Mitchell and Martha Mitchell (Bailey); and his siblings, Douglas Mitchell and Beverly Jan Mitchell. He is survived by: his children, Rachael Mitchell of Georgetown and Michael Adam Mitchell of Paducah, KY; and his siblings, Kathy Bushong of Russellville, Lana Carol Fritsch of Batavia, Natalie Via of Sardinia and Jeffrey Mitchell of Frankford, OH. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Red Oak Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund.
