She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, June Richter and Mary; her grandparents, Herman G. and Mary E. Harrell; her husband Charles Browning; her son Roger A. Jr.; her daughter-in-law Kimberly Dixon; her grandchildren, Ky Smith (Maddie), Rachel Mergo (Paul), Ashley Bost (Brandon), Daniel Belcher (Kaylah), Ryan Dixon (Neysea) and Jacob Browning; her great grandchildren, Laiyla, Rowen, Charlie, Hallie, Sully, Luke, Nova and Raely; her close friends, Kitty, Mikey, Katie, Norma Jean, Marilyn and Joyce; and her brothers, Gene and Junior Harrell. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ware Funeral Home (121 W 2nd St, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
