She is survived by: her husband James R. Vandemark; her children, Debra Lewis (Scott) and Ronald Vandemark of Bainbridge; and her siblings, Zona Shumaker (Norman) and Charles Woods. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
