She was predeceased by: her father Richard K. Underwood; and her parents-in-law, Gene and Charlotte Shelton Purvis. She is survived by: her mother Mary Botsett Underwood of Indianapolis; her husband Brian N. Purvis; her son Aaron Purvis of Bainbridge; her siblings, Dawn Robison (John) of Silt, Colorado and Jeff Underwood (Diane) of Plainfield, Indiana; her sisters-in-law, Maria Dingus (Jack) of Bainbridge and Renee Trout (Rob) of Chillicothe; and her pet Mattie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
