He was predeceased by: his parents, John Holbert and Dorothy M. Holbert (Skaggs); his siblings, Jane Strausbaugh and Joel Holbert; and his nephew Steve Holbert.
He is survived by: his son Jeff Holbert (Angie); his grandchildren, Jaren, Logan and Avery; his siblings, Jean Whitehouse (William) and Robert Holbert (Misty); his siblings-in-law, Cathi Holbert and William Strausbaugh; and his friends, Dale Dummitt, Dana and Mary Lou Schmidt. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
