He is survived by: his sons, Johnny Birchfield of Nebraska and Kenny Birchfield of Nebraska; his siblings, Jason Birchfield of Greenfield and Tiffany Ausman (Irvin) of Dungannon, VA; his aunt Jill Hammond (Charlie) of Leesburg; and his cousins, Wendy Coonrod (Adam) of Greenfield and Sherry Birchfield of Waverly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
