She was predeceased by: her parents, James Will Ervin and Catherine Horn; her husband Zack C. Goins; her siblings, Mary Evedine (Corroll), Dorothy Louise (Chandler), Henry, James Llody and Kenny Earl; and her granddaughter Brianna.
She is survived by: her stepfather Gene Horn; her children, Julia Freed (Harry) of Sullivan, Marsha Held (Edward) of Minnesota, Priscilla Harris of Avon, Vickie Schwendeman (Toot) of Cleveland, Curtis Goins of Wickliffe and Betty Jo Nickum of South Amherst; and her sister Rosetta Williams of Owensboro. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
