With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas P. Neelon (Avon, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 19, 2025 at the age of 58. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his close friend Diane Nagy; his parents, Eileen Neelon and Edward Neelon; and his sibling Terry Neelon (Sharon).
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Church (33601 Detroit Rd, Avon, OH 44011).
