She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Polnasek and Maxine Polnasek (Butler); her child Terry; her siblings, Kathy Layden (Dennis) of Green Bay, WI, Jeff Polnasek, JoAnn Johanski (Dennis) of West Bend, WI, Lisa McCaffrey (Tom) of El Granada, CA and Lori Ireland of Lakewood, CO.; and her nieces and nephews, Brian Johanski (Michelle) of Snohomish, WA, Tim Johanski (Katie) of San Marcos, CA, Matt Layden, Molly Schweitzer (Andy) of Green Bay, WI, Carly McCaffrey, Michele Emery (Matt) of San Francisco, CA, Sean McCaffrey of Chicago, IL and Chris Ireland of Jackson, WY. She was also cherished by six great nieces and nephews.
