It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sharon K Olson of Avon, Ohio, born in Hibbing, Minnesota, who passed away on September 1, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Sharon may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sharon touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bjorne "Barney" Bentsen and Martha Bentsen (Mattila); her siblings, Joyce Reed and Ronald Bentsen; and her nephews, James Reed and David Bentsen.
She is survived by: her husband Douglas R. Olson; and her children, Steve (Janis) of Penfield, Sandra (Randy Torboli) of Westlake, Scott (Michelle) of Rancho Cordova and Sonja Willett (Fred) of Burnt Hills. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
