He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hawkins and Patricia Hawkins; and his sister Donna Chaw. He is survived by: his wife Melanie Burkhart; his daughter Candace Spriestersbach (Douglas Laino); his grandchildren, Alyson and Jared; and his brother David.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Misencik Funeral Home (36363 Detroit Rd, Avon, OH 44011). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
