He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Donna; his children, Sherry Mack (Matthew), Robert, Jr. (Megan), Christopher and Brendan; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Gabriella, Alyssa, Elijah, Penelope and Theodore; and his siblings, Gordon Heater and Jacqueline Landry.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Homes (29150 Lorain Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
