He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Higgins and Betty Higgins; and his brother Peter Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Chris Higgins (Klubert) of Lakewood, OH.; his children, Kathleen Mary (Higgins), Janollari (Andy) of Avon, Sally Ann Higgins of Olmsted Falls, Robert Joseph Higgins IV of Elizabethton, TN. and Michael John Higgins of Elizabethton, TN.; and his siblings, Sally Higgins of Albany, NY, Helen Dolan (John) and West. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
