With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Louise Urig (Avon, Ohio), born in Avon Lake, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 4, 2024 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her husband Elwyn "Elly" Urig; her daughter Kathleen; her great grandchild Titus; her daughter-in-law Diane Baker; her parents, Joseph Novotny and Agatha Novotny (Stauder); and her siblings, Eileen Welsh, Delbert "Bud" Novotny, MayBelle Nagel, Wilbert "Wib" Novotny, AnneMae Nagel, Raymond Novotny, Joseph Novotny, Ronald Novotny and Richard Novotny.
She is survived by: her children, Michael of Charlotte, Susan Urig (Jim Kubitz) of Anchorage, Alaska, Terence "Terry" (Sandra Dorrance) of Avon and Mary Beth Rumburg (Edward) of Chardon, Ohio; her grandchildren, Tyler Urig (Natalie Christman), Megan Taylor, Molly Peralta (Jhonny), Lauren Dunaway (Yates), Nick Urig, Maxwell Kubitz (Erica Lieppman), Aaron Rumburg (Anuja Kapil), Alexander Kubitz (Jordyn Grant), Kelsey Rumburg (Klevi Bejo), Elizabeth Kubitz (Ryan Johnston) and Grace Kubitz; her great grandchildren, Charlie, Anna, Henry, Caroline, Yates, Mary Louise, Aura, Aleema, Lennox, Analise, Laina, Gabriela, Sahil, Sylvie and Andie; her sister Claudia; her siblings-in-law, Stanley Godlewski, Jeanne Novotny and Mary Novotny; and her daughter-in-law Karen Zajac.
