She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Thomas Cope and Gladys Bourquin Cope; her husband Melvin Fousek; and her brother-in-law DeElda Payton. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Rummikub and Yahtzee; her sister Nancy Payton; her stepchildren, Sharon Dobson (Mike), David Fousek (Cindy), Steven Fousek (Judy), Sally Mierop and Mark Fousek (Cheryl); her nieces and nephews, Kim Southwell (Phil), Becki Konuch (Tim) and Thurm Payton (Lisa); and her sister Barbara. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren & 6 great grandchildren.
