She is survived by: her husband Stephen Pier Evans; her children, Stephanie Evans Greene (Christopher Greene) of Cohasset, MA and Michael Evans (Karen Lynch) of Wyoming, OH; and her grandchildren, Alexia, Tyler, Finn and Charlie.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Karen's name to The Massachusetts General Hospital NeoNatal Intensive Care Unit.
