He is survived by: his wife Madeline; his children, Karen Coulter (Kevin Coulter), William (Kate), Richard (Susan Kikkert) and Mark (Laurie); his grandchildren, Robert, Alexander, James, Michael, Megan, Drew and Luke; and his sister Marlene Zucker.
