She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Antoinette, Emil Jasica, Mary and Joseph Gallagher. She is survived by: her parents, Karen Tibbetts (Roger) and Daniel Gallagher; her siblings, Brian (Lisa) and Tara (Geoff); her cousin Megan Gallagher; and her aunts and uncles, Louis Jasica (Donna), John Jasica, Neil Gallagher, Brian Gallagher (Bos), Joanne Weidig (Ron) and Kathleen Nagel (Michael).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, 6155 Rockside Rd., Ste #202, Independence, Ohio 44131.
