She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Pasquale; her children, Albert (Marilyn) and Elizabeth Falcione-Jensen (John Jensen); her granddaughters, Amy (Clark), Heather (Andy), Beth (Brent), Amanda (Gary), Tiffany (Jim), Andrea (Jeff), Stephanie (Greg) and Nicholl (Brock); her parents, Augustino and Loretta; and her siblings, Benjamin (Loretta), Salvatore (Betty), Sylvia Kostiuk (late Dale) and Alfonso (Kathy).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Ames Family Hospice.
