She was predeceased by: her parents, John Melko and Anna Melko; her children, Mary and David; and her siblings, Harry, Helen, Julie, Joe, Frank and Margie.
She is survived by: her husband Allen; her children, Anne Hendrickson and Joe Hendrickson (Christel); her grandsons, Tim Hendrickson (Danielle) and Ricky Chokan; her great grandchildren, Isabella, Kolby, Brooklyn, Kaylee, Ariana and Karmya; and her great great grandchild Andrew.
