He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Kimberly Horner (David) and Robin Yates (Gary); his grandchildren, Nathan Dunn (Katie), Jessica Yates (Devan Jarvis), Steven Dunn (Janine), Brittany Petrella (Matthew), Tyler Horner, Gary Yates Jr. (Lyndsey), David Horner (Maggie), Corbin Yates, Morgan, Landon, Camryn, Ethan, Mia, Lilie, Cole, Carlee, Emmalyn, Grayson, Max, Marlie, Myla, Jack, Aubrie, Greyson, Dalton, Austin, Blake and Lenny; and his siblings, Richard Chapin, Pamela Vaccaro (James), Heidi Rowe (Bob), Rusty Chapin and Nanette Truffin (Ken).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Busch Funeral Home (32000 Detroit Rd, Avon, OH 44011). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
