He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Skinner and Anna Skinner; and his son Edward Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Skinner; his son Anthony Skinner (Christine); his grandsons, Brayden and Daniel; and his siblings, Patricia Skinner and Thomas Skinner.
