He is survived by: his wife Janet; his brother Tom; his caregiver Donna; his sons, Chris (Rosie), Jeff (Sandra) and Greg (Christine); his grandchildren, Erin, Michael, Maddie, Olivia, Emily, Alyssa and Joe; and his nephew Tommy.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Malachi House, 2810 Clinton Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113.
