He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine "Gerri" Perillo; and his parents, Joseph Perillo and Michelina Perillo. He is survived by: his children, Mark Perillo (Nancy), Michele Perillo, Matt Perillo (Amy), Melanie Perillo, Mary Alice Karol and Margaret Lee (Jeffrey); and his brother Louis. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and a great-grandson.
