Catherine S. Veverka Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2025, at the age of 88, Catherine S. Veverka (Avon, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James J. Veverka; and her siblings, Frances Rohrig (William), Dorothy Grimm (Edwin), Martha Slovinski, William Sovinski (Jean), Rudolph Sovinski (Cora) and Robert Sovinski (Rose).
She is survived by: her children, Craig Veverka (Cindi), Gregory Veverka (Hilary) and Karen Warren (Jeff); and her grandchildren, Ryan Veverka (Lauren), Justin Veverka (Sorrel), Cayla Veverka (Nolan Albrecht), Logan Warren, Craig Veverka Jr., Jack Warren and Ronnie Warren. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Busch Funeral Home (163 Avon Belden Rd, Avon Lake, OH 44012). A Mass was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Teresa Catholic Church (1878 Abbe Rd N, Sheffield Lake, OH 44054). A burial was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Joseph Cemetery (32789 Detroit Rd, Avon, OH 44011).
