She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kmetz and Barbara Kmetz (Perko); her husband Milan; her son Timothy; and her siblings, Leah, Steve and John.
She is survived by: her children, Milan Slovak (Diana), Ann Coulter (Ron), Karen Slovak (John Martin) and Lori Zaremba (Darin); her grandchildren, Milan Samuel Slovak, Kaila Slovak, Rachel Spaudie (Elliot), Sara Coulter (Tyler), Timothy Coulter (Taran), Elizabeth Coulter, Benjamin Martin, Addison Martin, Alli Day (Zeke) and Mitchell Zaremba; and also, Noah Spaudie, Julian Spaudie, Hazel Kujawa, Oliver Kujawa, Joanna Coulter and Brooke Coulter.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Homes (29150 Lorain Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas Lutheran Church (21211 Detroit Rd, Rocky River, OH 44116).
