He is survived by: his wife Anna Kramer; his children, Wendy Kramer, Tom Kramer, Steven Kramer and Katherine Kramer Brown; his stepchildren, Amy Stark, Joel King, Eric King and Lori Violet; his children-in-law, Jennifer Spillers (Tom), Tamika Kramer (Steven) and Jesse Brown (Katherine); his sister Penny Kramer; his grandchildren, Mac Heines, Pruett Kramer, Freddie Kramer, Lyvia Betz, Rucker Brown, Sydney Stark, Morgan Stark, Chloe Stark, Gunnar Stark, Hanna King, Charlie King, Tyler King and Alex King; his former wives, Lola Powers and Dianne Cramer; his nieces, Laurie Holljes, Leigh LaFalce, Meghan Kramer and Natalie Kramer; his nephew Mark Kramer; and his friends, Joe Harrison and Mike Partington.
