He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard B. and Irene. He is survived by: his wife Anita; his children, Andrew (Sunju) and Maurika Fell; his grandson Gus Miller; his siblings, Julian Fell (Jan) and Veronica Wilcox (late Doyle); and his niece Karen Fell.
