He is survived by: his wife Bobbi; his sons, David Horton (Jean Barton) of Austin, TX and Michael Horton (Joanne) of Cleveland, OH; his sisters, Doreen Gingrich (Dave) of Bryson City, NC and Debra Davies of Punta Gorda, FL; his nephew Matthew Gingrich (Jennifer); his children, Kara, Noah of Naperville, IL and Julie Clay (Tony); and his grandchildren, Lukas, Mae and William.
