He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Coleman and Mary Ellen McCoy; and his brother Chris Coleman. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Coleman; his children, Richard (Julie), Ron, Rob (Kelly), Anthony (Angela) and Kelsy Krise (Jeff); and his siblings, Sharon Guterman (Israel) and Bill (Debrah).

Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Busch Funeral Home (32000 Detroit Rd, Avon, OH 44011). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
