We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Regina Anne Wise (Avon Lake, Ohio), born in Baltimore, Maryland. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Mokluk and Catherine Mokluk; and her siblings, Mary Dubinski and Peter Mokluk. She is survived by: her husband James; her children, Clif Wise (Monica) and Jamie Wise (Ron Segerstrom); her grandchildren, Eric Gregus, Brittany Wise and Casandra Wise; and her brother John "Jack" Mokluk.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Joseph Church.
