She is survived by: her spouse Stephenson Waters; her children, Elizabeth Skoch (late James), Greg Waters (Robbie), James Waters (Beth), Mary Hildebrandt (late Richard III), Steve Waters (Marybeth) and Anne Thistleton (Michael); her grandchildren, Sarah (Wes), Geoffrey (Gia), Gregory (Jamie), Spencer (Alisha), Cory, Erik, Noah, Emma, Richard IV (Carissa), Stephenson (Paige), Adam, Christopher, Ryan, Meagan and Austin; and her great grandchildren, Kelsey, Nicholas, Luciana, Gabriella, Grayson, Rylee, McKenna, Tinsley, Nathan, Jacob, Caleb, Richard V, Parker and Nolan.
