Lionel C Montgomery Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2025, at the age of 92, Lionel C Montgomery (Avon Lake, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James (Dorothy Montgomery) and Lionel; and his brother Leonard Thorburn Montgomery (Stefanie). He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Montgomery; his daughters, Kim Montgomery of California and Lysa Rodman (William) of Strongsville, OH; his stepdaughters, Kim (Ahrens) and Tamara Vasselli (Carlo) of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Joshua Biklen, Ashley Rodman, Jamie Rodman, Madisen Laubenthal (Zakk), David Rodman, Dagny, Ahrens (Richard Kampert), Audrey, Giancarlo Vasselli and Angelina Vasselli; his great grandchildren, Dominic, Connor, Dylan, Joshua Sanchez and Reese Kampert; his sister Bernice Locke of Orillia; and his sister-in-law Stefanie Montgomery of Orillia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at the Busch Funeral Home (163 Avon Belden Rd, Avon Lake, OH 44012).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Lionel's memory.
