She was predeceased by: her mother Karen N. Williams. She is survived by: her father David S. Williams, Jr. (Marsha Broussard) of New Orleans, LA; her children, Karen Angelina Hernandez and Jose David Hernandez; and her brothers, David S. Williams III (Rosemary) of Los Angeles, CA and Douglas Williams (Amanda) of San Mateo, CA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
