With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Katherine L McCowan (Avon Lake, Ohio), born in Lorain, Ohio, who passed away on February 11, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Hilary E. McCowan; and her siblings, Eva Grubic and John Naideneff. She is survived by: her sister Mildred Sechkar of Lorain, Ohio; and her children, Janet McCowan (Lynne Breda) of Pinellas Park, FL, Mary Molnar (Steve) of Avon, Mark McCowan of Cleveland, Tom McCowan of Avon Lake, John McCowan of Avon Lake and Jim McCowan of Avon. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and 7 Great-Grandchildren.
