Prochaska of Avon Lake, Ohio, born in Garfield Heights, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 4, 2024 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Prochaska and Corrinne Prochaska; and his children, Pamela Carney and Steven Prochaska. He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Siegel; his daughter Sandra Harris (Craig); his son-in-law Scott Carney; his grandchildren, Kyle Carney (Julia), Brett Carney, Alex Harris (Francesca) and Jaclyn Harris; and his great grandchildren, Blake, Jack and Lila.
