He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Victor Opaskar and Alice A. Opaskar (Bradac); and his sister Dr. Alice O. Martin (Opaskar). He was also cherished by wife and daughter, his sister, and many cherished nieces, nephews, and cousins.
