He was predeceased by: his father Frederick George; and his brother Fred Jay "Gus" Mehlman. He is survived by: his wife Susan Diane Mehlman; his children, Amy Cober (Dan), Stacey Gepperth and Deidre Valadez (Jay); his son-in-law Mark Gepperth; his grandchildren, Kristen, Katie, Kelsey, Ben, Chris, Sam, Dallas, Jake and Jesse; his great grandchildren, Bret, Stella, Devon, Harlan, Bradan, Drake, Kennedy, Denver and Dakota; his great great grandchild Mila; and his sister Elsie Wise. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, family and friends.
