She was predeceased by: her parents, Wylie Clark and Lucille Clark; her husband Ben Bellisario Jr.; her son Ben III; her daughter-in-law Kathy Bellisario; her grandchildren, Benjamin Bellisario IV and Shana Bellisario; her great great grandchild Benjamin Bellisario V; and her siblings, Clyde, Carl, Robert Clark, Lillian Dailey and Marget Siejak.
She is survived by: her children, Ken Bellisario (Tina), Ron Bellisario (MaryAnn), Don Bellisario, Chris Boyd, Mike Bellisario (Lucia), Bob Bellisario (Rob), Gina Bellisario and Debbie Sivert (Buddy). She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; twenty-nine great grandchildren; and eight great-great grandchildren.
