Don Applegate Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2025, at the age of 89, Don Applegate of Avon Lake, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Stinger and Mary Frances Applegate; and his sister Nancy Davis. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay; his sons, John Douglas (Melinda) and Mark Bryan (Michele); his grandchildren, Bryson (Rachel), Abigail (Matt), Alex, Alayna, Emylia, Kaitlyn, Megan, Keely and Miya; and his great grandchild Owen (Bryson).

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Busch Funeral Home (163 Avon Belden Rd, Avon Lake, OH 44012). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
