It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chet Seroka of Avon Lake, Ohio, born in Norwalk, Ohio, who passed away on September 6, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Seroka; his parents, Anthony Seroka and Mary Seroka; and his siblings, Joseph, Esther Miller and Vicky Shopoff.
He is survived by: his children, Sue Zelasko (Brad) and Chet Seroka (Terese); his grandchildren, Michelle, Tony, Caroline, Kristen, Katelyn and Colleen; and his sister Mary Bartlome. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph School, Avon Lake.
