He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Gerding and Hazel Gerding; and his siblings, Donald (late Bernice) and Carol Kilbane. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his son Chuck (Randy Conaway-Gerding); his stepchildren, Douglas (Bambi), Lee (Tami), Eric (Katy), Chris (Amy) and Michele Feather (Bill); and his brother-in-law Tom Kilbane. He is also survived by six grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
