She was predeceased by: her parents, John Haschak and Mary Haschak; her husband Charles; her sons, David J. and Mark A.; and her sister Joan Gugliotti.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Jr. and Matthew; and her granddaughter Allison Delili.
